The 10912-10915 were the largest group of similar cars, which could be modeled with the MDC parts I had on hand.<br />JasonNightOwlModelerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09904500011869442181noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6278730957471097012.post-82570700337871797912018-11-16T05:28:09.049-08:002018-11-16T05:28:09.049-08:00Hi Jason - found an interesting shot of the Shasta...Hi Jason - found an interesting shot of the Shasta circa 1947, and I have an idea for a kitbash of the Café-Lounge as pictured - any way I can send that to you for identification? Can't seem to find anything online - it's a little different from the 9-window Café-Lounges as you describe in the blog. Think I'm going to go with the 70' Walther's baggage, Walther's paired window coach, a Bachmann Dinner and the Walther's 12-1 Pullman. Really like the gylight on the tailgate. Should be a real eye catcher if illuminated with a Soundtraxx's car sound unit controlling the lighting FX. Yes, it's a little big for running on my home layout, however it should be right at home on the Northern Virginia Model RR club layout in Vienna. Will share photos when it premiers during an open house next year and thanks again for all the info. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07396964365134263658noreply@blogger.com
